When the internal leakage of the fuel injector occurs, the atomization of the fuel injected from the injector is not good, which causes the engine to run unsteadily, the mixture combustion is incomplete, and the exhaust pipe emits black smoke, and the fuel consumption of the vehicle is significantly increased. When the fuel injector has external leakage fault, it will lead to the engine starting difficulty, idle flameout, power decline, fuel consumption increase, running surge and poor acceleration. In addition, when the sealing surface between the injector and the intake pipe is damaged, the intake system will leak, resulting in extra air entering the combustion chamber of the engine, resulting in lean mixture and abnormal engine operation.
